shipping / local pick up / return policy

SHIPPING

We currently ship across Canada and the United States.

Please allow up to 7 business days for processing / packing / shipment of your order.  All orders are shipped using Canada Post or UPS.

Orders placed within Canada that are over $150 CAD qualify for free shipping.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail with a tracking number. 

LOCAL OTTAWA PICK UP

Local Ottawa pick up is available in the west end.

Please enter code PICKUP at checkout. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will receive a note with the pick up details and coordination of a pick up time.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is important.

All items / orders are final sale and we do not issue refunds.  

Shop credits may be granted in the event of damage caused during shipping transit. 

If you have any issues with your product, we want to know about it.
