candle care

Our candles are made with a split blend base of coconut + soy wax.  We use a flat braided wick which possesses intertwined thin paper fibres.  The results of this wick design are a cleaner burn, controlled curling and a hotter, more efficient flame. 

We blend our coconut soy wax with coconut oil and infuse exclusively with essential oils. No synthetics are used in our products. 

Each candle is paired with a matchbox and candle care card for easy reference.

HOW TO LOVE YOUR CANDLE

TRIM THE WICK

Keep the wick trimmed to 1/4” at all times - trim before use for best practice

LET THE WAX POOL

Each time you light your candle, let the candle burn until the wax melts across the entire surface area - this will avoid tunnelling

CHECK THE TIME

Burn your candle for up to a maximum of four hours at a time

BURN IT SAFELY

Always burn your candle on a stable and heat-resistant surface, avoid drafts, keep away from children and pets, and never leave your candle unattended

STORAGE

Keep your candles in a cool + dry location and avoid sunbeams

KNOW WHEN TO SAY GOODBYE

When only 1/2” of wax remains in your candle jar, it’s time to say goodbye
